Ginza's 16th-Floor Sky Restaurant Introduces Summer Afternoon Tea Starring White Peach and Mango

A summer-limited afternoon tea built around fresh white peach and rich mango has arrived at RISTORANTE E'VOLTA -il cielo-, the 16th-floor restaurant of Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier (8-13-1 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), running from Wednesday, July 8 to Tuesday, September 8, 2026. The restaurant sits inside the only tower hotel in the Ginza area with all guest rooms on high floors, so the seasonal spread comes with sweeping views of Tokyo Tower and the bay area from the 16th floor.

Fresh White Peach and Mango Take the Spotlight

The seasonal lineup centers on juicy white peach and fragrant mango. Savory bites include a steak sandwich made with US beef, a buffalo mozzarella gazpacho, a quiche with prosciutto and white peach, and a colorful salmon ceviche. On the sweets side, a mango-packed tart and roll cake sit alongside a peach marinated in Earl Grey, highlighting the appeal of these in-season fruits. Guests can also enjoy fragrant scones and a wide selection of free-flow drinks, all while taking in the panoramic view from the 16th floor.

Seasonal Cocktails Blending Japanese and Western Flavors

At Cocktail KARIN, the hotel's bar on the 16th floor, three seasonal cocktails are also being served for a limited time. The "Matcha Japanese Mojito" pairs the deep, subtly bitter flavor of quality matcha with the refreshing brightness of fresh mint and lime, while the "Yamazaki Plum Wine Yuzu Martini" balances the rich sweetness of plum wine aged in Yamazaki whisky casks with the tartness of yuzu, blending Japanese and Western character with a seasonal touch. A non-alcoholic option is also available: a Japanese craft gin infused with elderflower and rose, offering a floral, refreshing taste reminiscent of strolling through a Japanese garden.
