Spicy Curry Rice Crackers and Seasonal Treats Debut at Daimaru Tokyo

Tokyo Curry Gumi's curry rice crackers, previously sold only at Haneda Airport, are making their debut at Daimaru Tokyo. The department store's first floor is also spotlighting fruit sandwiches and handmade cakes made with plenty of seasonal fruit from Imano Fruit Factory, along with a summer-only butter sandwich from Morimoto made with Hokkaido-grown haskap berries.

Made with 100% domestic rice (uruchimai), these thin, crisp rice crackers are sandwiched with a curry cream blended from a variety of spices. The delicate saltiness of the rice cracker draws out the aroma and deep flavor of the spices.
