GREEN SPRINGS, a complex facility operated by the company (Headquarters: Tachikawa City, Tokyo / President: Masamichi Murayama), will see multiple new shops opening sequentially in spring 2026.
GREEN SPRINGS celebrated its 5th anniversary in 2025. Reflecting the voices of customers who have been supporting the facility, and to allow more people to visit and experience wellbeing, the facility will undergo its first renewal in spring 2026.
The facility will continue to develop with an emphasis on community and branding, including the newly arriving shops, creating a fresh start for GREEN SPRINGS, a "wellbeing town" where sky, earth, and people connect. Why not spend your own special moments here?
Detailed information about each shop's opening date and location will be announced around March.
Also, prior to the spring 2026 renewal, "Tsuchiya Kaban Seisakusho/grirose," currently closed for renovation, will reopen on January 31, 2026 (Saturday) as "THE RANDOSERU TSUCHIYA KABAN," adding the new brand "depsoa."

TEGAMISHA BOOKSTORE
A store featuring books carefully selected one by one by the editorial team "Tegamisha," which organizes events like the "Tokyo Flea Market," along with all current Tegamisha original goods and paper and fabric goods made by individual artists.
The bookstore, which started in Chofu in 2015, will move to Tachikawa in spring 2026 with even more offerings. With monthly changing exhibitions, bookbinding workshops, and regular reading sessions, the store aims to provide new discoveries with every visit.

A new-style randoseru (school backpack) complex store created by Tsuchiya Kaban Seisakusho. About GREEN SPRINGS
Opened in April 2020, this complex facility is themed around wellbeing. Centered around a central plaza of approximately 10,000 square meters rich with water and greenery, it features a hotel with an infinity pool on the top floor, a multifunctional hall with approximately 2,500 seats (the largest in the Tama area), shops, restaurants, and offices. Various events are held monthly, taking advantage of the spacious and open space.
