Hakuba Norikura Onsen Ski Resort, operated by Hakuba Alps Hotel Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Otari Village, Kitaazumi District, Nagano Prefecture), is now selling a season pass for the 2026-2027 season that can also be used at neighboring Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort. The pass lets skiers and snowboarders use both slopes throughout the season, choosing between the two resorts' abundant snow and varied courses to match the day's conditions or mood.
This season, the resort is also updating its on-slope skiing environment. By removing the old No. 2 lift's tow facilities near the popular ungroomed area and expanding that area, Hakuba Norikura Onsen Ski Resort aims to create slopes where guests can enjoy its signature powder snow even more freely.
Hakuba Norikura Onsen Ski Resort continues to improve and enhance its slope environment this season, delivering a winter skiing experience that makes the most of Hakuba's rich nature and snow throughout the season.

2026-2027 Season Pass Overview

Ungroomed Powder Area Expanded This Season
This season, Hakuba Norikura Onsen Ski Resort is updating its skiing environment, primarily around the popular "Snake Course" area.
The resort is removing the old No. 2 lift's tow facilities, including its 14 support towers as well as the base and terminal stations, making better use of the slope area the lift previously occupied.
Cutting down and thinning unnecessary trees will also expand the ungroomed area, upgrading it into a zone where skiers and snowboarders can enjoy a greater variety of runs that make the most of the natural terrain.
The Alps No. 3 Pair Lift is also scheduled to begin operating at 8:00 AM, giving skiers and snowboarders looking for first tracks in fresh powder the chance to start early.
Automatic ticket machines are being installed at the Alps No. 1 Lift ticket office and the Wakaguri Ticket Center, which also houses the ski patrol. The machines support multiple languages and online prepayment, enabling smooth, cashless purchases as part of the resort's ongoing efforts to make winter sports more comfortable and memorable for visitors.
In addition, the day-trip parking lots "V4" and "V5," which opened last season and can accommodate about 450 vehicles, offer parking close to the slopes and ticket center — convenient both for those wanting to hit the slopes first thing in the morning and for families traveling with a lot of luggage.
*The access road to the V4/V5 parking lots is steep and limited to 4WD vehicles. Drivers of 2WD vehicles should use the V1–V3 parking lots.
