HASHLE, a Belgian waffle and chocolate drink shop operated by Arai Shoji Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Ryozo Arai), is introducing a lineup of limited-time waffles built around the theme of "autumn," designed to highlight the season's flavors.
As the first wave, one Liège waffle and one HASHLE waffle—two varieties in total—will be available for a limited time starting Sunday, August 16, 2026.
Limited-Time Products: 'Montblanc' and 'Pumpkin Pudding'
This new release marks the first wave of limited-time products developed around the "autumn" theme, letting customers enjoy the season's signature flavors.
The Liège waffle 'Montblanc' features a rich dough made with Hokkaido fermented butter, decorated with a Montblanc paste made from European chestnuts, and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar. Piped on top for the first time in the brand's history, it offers a vivid look while letting the chestnut's rich flavor come through directly.
Also returning this year is the HASHLE waffle 'Pumpkin Pudding,' which proved popular last year. It is filled with a rich cream made from Hokkaido Ebisu pumpkin and a slightly bitter caramel sauce, then baked and finished with cocoa powder for a more grown-up flavor. The caramel sauce melting out from inside is also a highlight.
