Hilton Narita (Narita, Chiba) is running a "Hands-On Kids Program" from July 19 (Sunday) through August 30 (Sunday), 2026, pairing children's experience activities with a meal at the hotel.
Through interaction with hospitality professionals and hands-on cooking and service experiences, the program lets children get a feel for hotel work and food culture. Age-appropriate sessions cover roles such as sushi chef, pastry chef, pizza chef, and bartender, with hotel chefs and service staff serving as instructors and a certificate awarded after each session. Beyond culinary and service skills, children can also learn about ingredients, science, and hotel hospitality, making the program a fitting theme for a summer vacation research project.

Full Schedule (Reservation Required)
The program combines a hands-on experience with a meal. Depending on the program, the meal cost is either included in the experience fee or charged separately. Experiences are held at the Terrace Restaurant, Terrace Bar, or the Pearl Room / Crown Room banquet halls, with meals served as a buffet, afternoon tea, or a Japanese set meal at the Japanese restaurant "Shofu," depending on the program. Listed times are for the experience portion only; the meal afterward follows each venue's regular operating hours.

Notes for participants:
- Each experience runs about 60 minutes. The August 11 (Tuesday) "Kids Table Manners Academy" runs about 90 minutes.
- One guardian must accompany each child during the experience program.
- Siblings or accompanying adults who do not join the experience will be charged the regular restaurant rate.
- Reservations close once each session reaches capacity, so early booking is recommended.
- Guests with a reservation may check in starting 15 minutes before each session begins; for the August 10, 12, 23, and 30 sessions, check-in begins 30 minutes prior.

Little Ambassadors Kids Membership Program
Alongside the Hands-On Kids Program, Hilton Narita also runs "Little Ambassadors," a kids membership program built around the idea of each child becoming a "little ambassador" of Hilton Narita. Through a variety of hotel experiences, it aims to nurture confidence, empathy, and communication skills while exposing children to hospitality and different cultures.
- How to join: Scan the QR code displayed at the Terrace Restaurant to access the sign-up form, then complete member registration and pay the enrollment fee by credit card. The entire process can be completed on a smartphone.
- Valid through: March 31, 2027 (Wednesday)
- Eligible ages: 0 to 12 (up to elementary school)
- Enrollment fee: ¥1,500 (no annual fee)
