Hokkaido's winter-limited sweets brand "SNOWS" will open a limited-time pop-up store at Sendai Station from January 25 to February 14, 2026, during the Valentine's season.
Following the successful first Tohoku region opening in the 2025 Valentine's season, SNOWS returns to Sendai with an even larger selection. The pop-up store will feature Valentine's season limited-edition products, including the signature "Snow Sand" in special Valentine's cans, the new crispy strawberry chocolate "Mori no Ki Red," and the enhanced "Snow Ball Gorori."
Last Year's Response at Sendai Station Pop-Up Store
In January 2025, SNOWS held its first Tohoku region pop-up store in Sendai, welcoming many customers from the opening day. The overwhelming response exceeded expectations, making it a significant milestone for the brand.
During the previous pop-up store, limited quantities meant many products sold out early, and numerous customers shared feedback such as "I couldn't purchase" and "I want to taste it again."
In response to this demand, this year's Sendai pop-up store has increased product quantities to ensure more customers can enjoy SNOWS' flavors. Visitors from Sendai and along the Tohoku Shinkansen line are warmly welcomed to experience the winter-exclusive taste of SNOWS.

SNOWS sweets are characterized by using milk from the directly managed pasture farm in Hidaka Town, Hokkaido, among other Hokkaido ingredients.
The fresh chocolate used in Snow Sand contains pasture dairy milk that stores rich fat content during the cold winter, creating a rich depth that gives the chocolate a profound flavor.
At the free-range poultry farm in Niikappu Town, Hokkaido, adding some confectionery scraps from the group's confectionery production to the chicken feed creates flavorful delicious eggs. Furthermore, the chicken manure becomes compost for pasture grass at the pasture farm, the grass grows, cows eat it, and good milk is obtained for sweets.
This recycling and circulation approach ensures no ingredients go to waste.

The packaging, which evokes snow and mountains with a nostalgic feeling, features works by "mountain printmaker" Kazuyoshi Otani.
While searching for imagery symbolizing Hokkaido's winter as a brand coming from Hokkaido in winter, SNOWS discovered Otani's works and resonated with their worldview, adopting them for the packaging.
Since the brand's inception, SNOWS has walked alongside Otani's works, reflecting Hokkaido's winter scenery and infusing that worldview throughout the entire brand, from packaging to shop spaces.
