The popular all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink restaurant chain "Niku Tokidoki Lemon Sour" is launching a Hokkaido Winter Fair for a limited time from November 1, 2025 (Saturday) to February 28, 2026 (Saturday). Guests who order eligible plans can enjoy an extensive selection of luxurious Hokkaido winter delicacies, all included in the all-you-can-eat menu.
Luxurious Hokkaido Seafood and Winter Comfort Food
The winter fair brings an impressive array of Hokkaido-inspired dishes to the table. Highlights include beautifully presented chirashi-style temaki sushi topped with generous portions of snow crab and salmon roe (ikura), alongside indulgent crab dishes like Crab Mayo Pizza and Snow Crab and Penne Mayo Gratin.
Warming hot pot options feature rich Hokkaido Miso Ramen, the spicy and creamy Kimchi Cheese Nabe with its perfect blend of tangy kimchi and melted cheese, and the mild Paitan (White Soup) Nabe that warms both body and soul.
The menu also includes comforting side dishes like Hokkaido Sweet Corn Butter and Cream Croquettes, plus desserts to complete the winter dining experience.
