About Toshi Yoroizuka

Toshi Yoroizuka is a patisserie brand launched in 2002 by owner-chef Toshihiko Yoroizuka. Following eight years of training in Europe and two years of preparation, the brand was founded on the philosophy of "creating sweets with love and dedication from the ingredients to the finished product, using reliable technique and sincerity."

The brand emphasizes a live experience where patissiers finish sweets in front of customers through "counter desserts." It also demonstrates commitment to ingredients through managing its own cacao farm in Ecuador and operating a farm with both a restaurant and patisserie.

The brand operates three stores in Tokyo (Kyobashi Edogrand, Roppongi Midtown, Atelier) and one in Kanagawa (Odawara Ichiyajo Yoroizuka Farm).

Products are also available through the online shop.
