Hotel Granvia Hiroshima (1-5 Matsubara-cho, Minami-ku, Hiroshima) will start taking reservations for its hotel-made Christmas cakes on Sunday, November 1, 2026.
The hotel offers two Christmas cakes again this year for a limited time. One is the special "Kiwami Tiara Strawberry" cake, a crown-shaped cake made with 35 "Amaou" strawberries, a branded strawberry from Fukuoka Prefecture, and limited to 50 cakes. The other is the "Noel Fraise," a classic Christmas cake that has been popular year after year.
The Two Christmas Cakes
Kiwami Tiara Strawberry (極（Kiwami）ティアラ・ストロベリー)
¥15,000 (member price ¥14,000). Limited to 50 cakes.
A crown-shaped Christmas special cake covered in Amaou strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture, with a look reminiscent of scattered red jewels. Milky cream and sliced Amaou are sandwiched between three layers of soft sponge, and large Amaou strawberries are placed on top. The pastry chefs arrange each berry one by one, as if handling gems.

Noel Fraise (ノエルフレーズ)
¥6,400 (member price ¥6,200).
A Christmas staple that is popular every year. Soft-baked sponge is layered with three different types of cream and topped with plenty of strawberries. The taste is rich yet light, and the whipped cream carries a hint of orange aroma that gently brings out the sweetness of the strawberries. The rich but clean aftertaste is meant to be enjoyed by everyone from children to older adults.
