From July 1 (Wednesday) to August 31 (Monday), 2026, the 2nd-floor café restaurant "Le Temps" at Hotel Granvia Kyoto will hold a dinner buffet featuring Kyoto local ingredients and summer-perfect dishes.
The buffet lineup includes ingredients such as Tanba Jidori chicken, Kyotamba Highland pork, Kujo green onions, and Mio yuzu, alongside seasonal ingredients like eel. Dishes on offer include an eel and truffle risotto, cold pasta, and spice-infused preparations—all available as all-you-can-eat. A monthly rotating menu highlights dishes made with Kyoto-grown pork, Kameoka beef, and other local and seasonal ingredients.
The popular wagyu beef roast beef returns, as does made-to-order sushi crafted by a sushi chef at a live station. The dessert corner will feature a Paris-Brest finished with peach.
