The dining café Beltempo (ベルテンポ) at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont in Iidabashi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, will hold dinner buffets in three periods from Sunday, November 15 to Friday, December 25, 2026. The buffets offer about 60 dishes, including live kitchen dishes finished by chefs right in front of guests and menus built around winter flavors. A special plan limited to December 24 and 25 is also available. The hotel is known as "Shoku no Edmont" (食のエドモント, "Edmont of food"), and these buffets are offered as a way to end the year with smiles.

Christmas Dinner Buffet
A festive dinner buffet with authentic winter flavors, including a pizza of figs, Gorgonzola, and prosciutto. Other dishes include a meunière of red sea bream from Sukumo, Kochi Prefecture, with vin blanc sauce, and beef shank stewed in dark beer.

Christmas Special Dinner Buffet
A special dinner buffet limited to the two days of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. In addition to the menu of the Christmas Dinner Buffet, the chef's special dishes appear, such as sautéed Ezo abalone with ザルグソース sauce and a warm terrine of Okinawan black pork and plums.

Free-Flow Drinks
Free-flow drinks can be added to each buffet for an extra ¥3,500 (tax and service charge included). The drinks include beer, wine (red and white), whisky, shochu, sake, plum wine, sours, cocktails, and soft drinks, among others.
