Chinese restaurant "Keilin" (桂林), which reopens after renovation on Saturday, August 29, 2026, and cuisine "Est" (エスト), which is soon marking the 1st anniversary of its September 8, 2025 renewal, are each offering their own dinner-included plan for a limited time.
At Chinese restaurant "Keilin," guests can enjoy the commemorative course "Mugen" (夢幻), bringing together luxury ingredients, in a newly reborn space with a more dignified atmosphere while carrying on the traditional flavors loved for many years. At cuisine "Est," guests can savor the special course "Astre," generously featuring the bounty of autumn and premium ingredients while taking in a city view from the hotel's top floor.
Couples, married partners, families, and friends can move straight to their room to relax after spending an elegant time filled with fine food together with someone special — delivering a memorable, elevated stay.

To mark the renovation opening arriving on August 29, 2026, this plan comes with the commemorative course "Mugen," which brings together an array of luxury ingredients. Guests can savor a lavish, eight-dish anniversary course in the restaurant's newly reborn, refined space — highlights include a hearty simmered whole shark fin with crab meat, the top-grade wagyu brand "Sendai Beef," the prized fish "Akahata," and Peking duck, a signature dish of Chinese cuisine. Pairing the course with a sommelier-selected wine is also recommended. Guests can enjoy the finest Sichuan cuisine in a dining setting that is both dignified and warm.

To celebrate the 1st anniversary of Est's September 8, 2025 renewal, the restaurant has prepared the special commemorative course "Astre," a beautiful and luxurious lineup of dishes built around seasonal ingredients. From the hotel's top floor, 100 meters above ground, guests can enjoy a city view within a refined space designed around an "Art & Rich" theme — a vivid appetizer; luxury ingredients such as lobster, girolle mushroom, and porcini mushroom; and a luxurious main course with a choice of three options: seasonal kamasu (barracuda), lamb chop, or Sendai beef. To finish, enjoy the hotel patissier's specialty "Kasama Chestnut Mont Blanc."
Guests are guaranteed a seat at either the window-side seating "Ecla," offering closer views, or the relaxed, private-feeling sofa seating "Serenite." Guests can savor meticulously crafted cuisine and refined hospitality that elegantly color the long autumn evenings, to their heart's content.

At the Western corner, chefs serve freshly made egg dishes, including fried eggs cooked to order on a griddle and made-to-order omelets. The Japanese corner offers freshly cooked rice made with one of Japan's leading rice varieties, along with rice porridge and a range of condiments, grilled fish, miso soup, and simmered dishes — satisfying guests who prefer Western or Japanese cuisine alike.

The restaurant has expanded its selection of private dining rooms to suit a wider range of occasions, evolving into an even more refined and dignified space. The newly added private room "Suzaku" accommodates up to 20 guests, ideal for gatherings with family or close friends. The elegant, composed private rooms "Seiryu" and "Byakko" each accommodate 4 to 8 guests and serve as premier private spaces for important business discussions or entertaining. Combined, these two rooms form "Ryuko," a private room for up to 22 guests, well suited to formal business dining. The private room "Genbu," accommodating 2 to 4 guests, has also been reborn as a space suitable for anniversary celebrations or business meetings. From casual gatherings to formal dining, private rooms are available to suit every occasion, so guests can enjoy the finest Sichuan cuisine in a setting that is both dignified and welcoming.

With "ART&RICH" as its design concept, the interior is formal and glamorous, centered on an elegant bordeaux color palette. Seating includes the window-side "Ecla," with its scenic views; the relaxed, private-feeling sofa seating "Serenite"; and the private room "SALA," ideal for celebrations and entertaining important guests. All seating is generously spaced, letting guests enjoy a luxurious time with refined hospitality while taking in the view over central Tokyo.
