Chinese restaurant "Keilin," located on the 2nd floor of Hotel Metropolitan in Nishi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, is launching the "Keilin Sansui Lunch Course" from Thursday, May 7, 2026, through the end of July. The 7-course meal is priced at ¥4,900 per person (tax and service charge included) and is designed to suit a range of dining occasions, from casual gatherings with friends and family meals to business entertainment.


Keilin Sansui Lunch Course – ¥4,900
The course begins with a four-item appetizer platter showcasing the early summer palette. It then moves on to a deeply flavored shark fin soup made with white wood ear mushroom and scallop. For an additional ¥600, the soup can be upgraded to include whole braised shark fin.

Main dishes include stir-fried small shrimp and seasonal vegetables with rock salt, and crispy fried chicken served alongside two types of seasoning — Sichuan pepper salt and a spiced chili sauce. The course also features steamed rockfish finished with a punchy chili sauce.

For the staple course, guests can choose between thick-sauce pan-fried noodles with clams or fried rice with beef and mustard greens. The meal wraps up with two refreshing desserts: plum jelly and coconut mochi.
