The concept allows guests to mix and match a cold dish, a hot dish, and a dessert from a curated selection, offering a refined yet casual dining experience. Each plate reflects the chef's attention to detail and quality, while an extensive lineup of cocktails, bartender-crafted creations, and sommelier-selected wines provides ideal pairing options. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows 100 meters above ground frame a glittering nightscape – a perfect backdrop for a relaxed evening with great food and drinks.

The hot dishes feature fish and meat preparations with flavor accents such as yuzu-kosho, Cajun spice, and slow-cooked sauces. The plan also qualifies for preferential drink pricing, and the drinks lineup includes low-alcohol options and mocktails.
