Hotel New Grand's Limited-Edition Rose Cocktail "Pure Rose" Available at Two Yokohama Bars

Hotel New Grand (Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama) will be serving a special rose cocktail called "Pure Rose" from March 19 (Thursday) to June 14 (Sunday), 2026, in collaboration with the City of Yokohama's "Garden Necklace Yokohama 2026" event.

The rose is Yokohama's official city flower, cherished by residents for its gorgeous blooms and rich fragrance. Inspired by this "queen of flowers," Pure Rose is a white wine-based cocktail combining elderflower and cranberry, finished with a spritz of Bulgarian organic Damascus rose water. Guests can enjoy the drink enveloped in the scent of roses within the stately ambiance of the hotel's bar, making for a romantic evening in Yokohama. It is priced at ¥2,783 (including tax and service charge).

Garden Necklace Yokohama is a large-scale greening event organized by the City of Yokohama, held each spring and autumn. Flower-filled parks and green spaces throughout the city — including Yamashita Park, Minato no Mieru Oka Park, and Nihon Odori Avenue — are presented as a "necklace" of blooms and greenery.
