Features of the Flavor Concentration Counter Kit
The kit realistically recreates the design of the in-store counter. It is not just a miniature: it is built to balance fidelity with practicality, so that ramen can actually be eaten comfortably on it. Even the design of the bamboo blind (すだれ) that blocks the view and the partition walls has been carefully worked out.

The noodles are thin noodles made with a rare flour specially blended by experienced noodle craftsmen, giving them a firm bite and a smooth texture.
