Top Chefs Gather Again in Uonuma! "Italian × Hakkaisan Collab Dinner" Set for June 21

An "Italian × Hakkaisan Collab Dinner" is coming to Uonuma no Sato, a multi-facility complex in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata, on Sunday, June 21, 2026. The event is co-hosted by Hakkaisan Brewery and the Japan Italian Food Association.

On the day, more than 10 top chefs — including Ryuichi Hamasaki of Ristorante Hamasaki and Yahei Suzuki of Piatto Suzuki — will be on hand to cook for guests.

The menu makes full use of seasonal ingredients and Hakkaisan's own fermented foods, spanning appetizers, pasta, meat dishes grilled tableside by the chefs, and desserts — a special Italian course available for this day only. Drinks on offer include Hakkaisan sake, Raiden Beer, Italian wine, and soft drinks.

The venue is Hakkaisan Minna no Shain Shokudo (Hakkaisan's cafeteria), reserved exclusively for the event. Seating is fully table-service, with drinks partially self-service. Note that the cafeteria's regular service will be suspended on the day of the event.

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early applications are recommended.
