Tasting Flight of Nine Limited Rare Drinks (About 2.5 Go in Total)
One of this year's highlights is Juyondai "Ryusen," a sake from Yamagata Prefecture that is difficult to obtain even once a year. The restaurant managed to secure several bottles this year and added it to the special course.
Buying rare sake is all about timing. Many brands cannot be found again until the following year once the chance is missed, so the restaurant's sake sommelier checks with the sake retailers the restaurant deals with every day to see whether limited bottles have arrived. The sake obtained this way is stored under proper management so that guests can enjoy it in the best condition. The lineup was collected by the sake sommelier over the course of a year for the anniversary event.

A Word From the Store Manager
Store manager 中川桂太 shared this message about the anniversary event.
"The anniversary event, which started in 2010, will be held for the 17th time this year. We are able to hold it every year thanks to the customers who visit us day after day, and we are sincerely grateful.
We look forward every year to introducing the sake we have collected for this occasion. Taking on dishes that are a little different from usual is also something special to the anniversary event. This year again, we hope to offer new discoveries, the feeling of 'so there is a flavor like this,' through sake and food."
