Kashiwa Takashimaya is holding the "Great Tohoku Fair" (大東北展) from Wednesday, May 20 to Tuesday, May 26, 2026 — a seven-day event gathering the flavors and traditions of all six Tohoku prefectures. With over 10 shops making their debut appearance at this fair and more than 10 live cooking demonstration booths, the lineup spans everything from time-honored regional classics to trending new items.
