Seiyo Kashisho KIKUJIROU, the culminating brand of Boulmiche's Kikujirou Yoshida, is coming to Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store for a limited-time pop-up. Set up on the basement 1st floor of the Main Building, the pop-up runs from Wednesday, August 26 to Tuesday, September 1, offering sweets that carry on the founding patissier's vision, refined and updated by today's patissiers who have returned to those original roots.
New Product: Citrus Honey Baumkuchen
The pop-up introduces a new item, a citrus honey baumkuchen. Its many layers of batter bake into a moist texture, made with Italian citrus honey gathered mainly from citrus blossoms that soak up the sun of southern Italy. Each bite carries a refreshing aroma and sweetness.

The brand's signature Gold and Silver Four Sec combine Hokkaido-produced fermented butter and Hokkaido-grown wheat with carefully selected ingredients, including sugar made from Okinawa-grown sugar cane and Italian citrus honey. Each batch is hand-prepared by patissiers in small quantities, resulting in rustic, simply flavored cookies where every piece offers its own distinct texture.
