About the "Ippin -IPPIN-" Series
The Ippin series is built on the concept of "simply savoring Japan's appeal — a slightly indulgent bread." The lineup draws on flavors that have long been loved by Japanese consumers, rooted in the traditions and craftsmanship passed down since the brand's founding.
Kimuraya Sohonten has been baking bread since 1869, and many of its creations — including anpan — have become staples of Japanese bread culture. The Ippin series continues that legacy, bringing new flavors to customers across Japan.
