TOTTEI PARK Midori no Oka (The Green Hill) in Kobe will glow in shades of cherry blossom pink as the "Kobe TOTTEI Illuminite Spring - SAKURA PINK -" illumination event runs from March 20 (Friday/National Holiday, Vernal Equinox Day) through May 31, 2026.
The event marks the 1st anniversary of TOTTEI's opening, celebrated through the "TOTTEI KOBE Kaikō-sai 1st ANNIVERSARY" festival. As the illumination's main color shifts to a spring-inspired sakura palette, the hillside takes on a dreamlike atmosphere after dusk. Cherry blossom-themed illuminations drape the hill in a soft glow, with "light sakura" blooming quietly across the landscape. Visitors can enjoy a peaceful, immersive experience amid light displays that evoke petals drifting on a spring breeze.
Running alongside the illumination from March 20 for approximately one month, "KOBE BUBBLUMI 2026" brings a new sensory art experience to the waterfront on the west side of TOTTEI, combining bubbles and illuminations into an immersive installation.
