A New Kind of Hanami — Chandon Rosé Cherry Blossom Celebration Kicks Off at Tokyu Kabukicho Tower

CHANDON SPRING in TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER, a cherry blossom event with a decidedly urban edge, is running at Tokyu Kabukicho Tower from March 6 to April 15, 2026.

The tower — a multi-floor entertainment complex in the heart of Shinjuku's Kabukicho district — will be dressed up in sakura decorations throughout the event period. Cherry blossom displays and traditional paper lanterns will fill the space from the 2nd floor main entrance and Shinjuku Kabuki Hall to Kabukicho Yokocho, as well as the underground nightclub ZEROTOKYO (which spans basement levels 1 to 4). The overall aesthetic aims to blend the "Japanese spirit" of sakura season with the energy of Kabukicho after dark — neon lights meeting rosé-colored cherry blossoms.

Chandon Rosé by the Glass from ¥1,000

At the core of the event is a collaboration with Chandon Rosé, a premium sparkling wine known for its flavors of strawberry, cherry, and pink grapefruit. Five venues inside the tower are participating, each offering glasses starting from ¥1,000 — making it easy to enjoy a festive sip without committing to a full bottle.
