Kazo Miraikan — a cultural facility in Kazo City, Saitama, a town long celebrated as the "home of koinobori" — is currently running the "Koinobori Aquarium." The building's signature giant glass wall serves as a giant aquarium, with a diverse collection of colorful koinobori gliding gracefully through the air inside.
Koinobori Aquarium
A wide variety of koinobori — including hand-painted and original artistic designs — are on display at the facility, representing harmony within today's diverse society. From the second floor, visitors can enjoy a sweeping backdrop of the majestic Tone River and the mountain ranges of northern Kanto, creating a scene of koinobori swimming through nature.
