Kome Sankaku, a SAKE pairing bar inside Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai — Tokyo's food-themed entertainment complex adjacent to Japan's largest central wholesale market — has fully revamped its banquet course menu. The refreshed lineup emphasizes "umami," "fermentation," and "aging" flavors rooted in rice-based Japanese culinary culture, and all three courses include a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option featuring Japanese sake, starting from ¥5,500 (tax included).
