Obongzip Shin-Okubo, a Korean home-style restaurant operated by Harmonia Lab Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masatoshi Shiina), launches a new menu on Tuesday, January 13, 2026: Dwaejikalbi (pork back ribs) and Cheese Dwaejikalbi.

Seoul's Trending Taste Makes Its Japan Debut
In Seoul's hottest neighborhoods—Gangnam, the theater district of Daehangno, and other major areas—this dish draws long lines at popular restaurants. Now visitors to Shin-Okubo can experience the authentic taste that's taking Korea by storm, in real-time.
Fall-Off-the-Bone Tenderness: Obongzip's Signature Dwaejikalbi
Dwaejikalbi (pork back ribs) is a Korean meat dish characterized by the rich flavor and juiciness of bone-in meat. After hours of slow cooking, the back ribs become so tender they fall off the bone at the slightest touch with chopsticks. They're then coated in a secret "rich spicy-sweet sauce" and served piping hot on a stone grill plate. Perfect as a companion to rice or as a drinking snack.
