LA VIE 1923, run within Osaka's historic red brick warehouse, is launching a summer-only dinner plan called "AKARENGA SUMMER GRILL & FREE FLOW."
Set in the red brick warehouse built in 1923, the plan brings together French cuisine made with seasonal ingredients and grilled dishes cooked to a fragrant char, all for a limited time in summer.
It's paired with a 90-minute free flow of sparkling wine, wine, beer, cocktails, and highballs, making it a plan suited to all kinds of occasions -- a dinner after work, a get-together with friends, or a summer evening with someone special.

A Shared-Style French Summer at the Red Brick Warehouse
The plan brings together a range of summery dishes in one sitting, from seasonal skewered French appetizers and a charcuterie platter to red sea bream acqua pazza and a grill of Hakubiton pork and Tajima Aji chicken.
Rather than working through the dishes one plate at a time, the plan is built around sharing the food around the table while the conversation flows. The main course in particular features Hakubiton pork and Tajima Aji chicken, grilled to a fragrant char and finished BBQ-style. From dishes built around the bounty of the sea to hearty grilled fare, it's a taste of summer that draws on LA VIE 1923's genre-crossing style.
A 90-Minute Free Flow for a Freer Summer Night
Alongside the food comes a 90-minute free flow.
The lineup ranges widely, from sparkling wine to white wine, red wine, beer, cocktails, highballs, and soft drinks.
Guests can pick whatever drink suits the dish in front of them, whether it's a toast with close friends, catching up with someone they haven't seen in a while, or a quiet, special evening with someone dear to them.
In the historic, out-of-the-ordinary setting of the red brick warehouse, the plan is an invitation to enjoy the food, the drinks, and the company.
"A summer night, a toast at the red brick warehouse."
It's a limited-time dinner plan built around that idea.
