Long-Awaited Taiwanese Street Food Arrives! New Restaurant "Taiwan Xiaochi"
Offering classic street food that evokes the atmosphere of Taiwan's night markets, featuring carefully crafted homemade menu items.

Hu Jiao Bing (Pepper Biscuit)
Still rare in the Tokai region, this authentic Taiwanese street food "Hu Jiao Bing" finally arrives. Made with two types of dough folded into multiple layers, the crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. One bite reveals hot, juicy meat filling bursting with flavor. The signature filling uses pork seasoned with Wu Xiang Fen (five-spice powder), a beloved spice in Taiwan, combined with plenty of green onions. Hand-wrapped one by one by skilled artisans, this authentic taste is sure to become addictive once you try it. Don't miss this opportunity to experience it.
Hong Shao Niu Rou Mian (Braised Beef Noodles)
Featuring a rich, deep soup made with a unique blend of spices including star anise and Taiwanese soy sauce. Original noodles carefully crafted at a local noodle factory perfectly absorb the soup, allowing you to enjoy authentic satisfaction until the last bite. Please savor the harmony of aromatic spices and rich, deep flavors.
Douhua (Tofu Pudding)
A Taiwanese dessert featuring carefully prepared tofu made in-house, combined with cane sugar syrup for a gentle sweetness. This specialty dish offers an exquisite contrast between the chewy texture of tapioca and the smooth tofu. Perfect as a post-meal dessert or afternoon tea break, enjoy this authentic comforting taste.
Lu Rou Fan (Braised Pork Rice)
A dish where the elegant sweetness of Taiwanese soy sauce and the umami of pork belly are highlighted by the rich aroma of Wu Xiang Fen (five-spice powder). Slowly simmered at low temperature, the tender meat is thoroughly infused with flavor, pairing perfectly with steaming rice. Enjoy the satisfying taste of authentic deep richness and aroma spreading throughout your mouth.
