The crepe starts with a whipped cream base combined with strawberries, banana, and strawberry sauce, then topped with Soh Vanilla, a monaka wafer decorated with the Soh logo, and sparkling blue sugar. It's designed to let you enjoy Soh's crunchy texture alongside the sweet-tart flavor of the fruit, with a cool, summery look.
