From Saturday, March 7 to Sunday, April 26, 2026, Fantasy Dining Soleil on the 2nd floor of Maihama View Hotel by HULIC in Urayasu, Chiba, will host a new-style afternoon tea buffet called "Pétale de Fraise (ペタル・ドゥ・フレーズ)." The event runs on Saturdays and Sundays only, with some excluded dates.
The format combines two experiences in one: a personal dessert stand delivered to each guest's table and a savory buffet where guests can freely enjoy a wide variety of dishes. The name "Pétale de Fraise" is French for "strawberry petal," with the event centered around spring strawberries and subtle cherry blossom accents throughout the menu.

The theme aims to evoke a delicate and vibrant spring tea time in Maihama, with strawberries as the main ingredient and cherry blossom flavors woven throughout the sweets and savory dishes.

Each guest receives their own dessert stand featuring refined sweets:
- Strawberry Cheesecake with Tonka Bean – A rich and smooth cheesecake layered with sweet strawberry confit and fragrant tonka bean.
- Strawberry Daifuku Scone – A scone sandwiching gyuhi (rice cake), smooth red bean paste, and whipped cream, blending Japanese and Western elements.
