The TOWER BAR -Spring- Opens at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo with Cherry Blossom Garden and ROKU Gin Cocktails

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo (location: 4-8-1 Shibakoen, Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Yasutoshi Kanda) announces "The TOWER BAR -Spring-," a limited-time event running from March 17 (Tuesday) to March 31 (Tuesday), 2026. Experience the harmony of Japanese tradition and seasonal beauty with a view of Tokyo Tower.

ROKU High Tea featuring Japanese ingredients

Timed with the cherry blossom season, this year's event features a collaboration with Suntory Japanese Craft Gin ROKU, offering original cocktails and high tea. ROKU combines six seasonal Japanese botanicals with distinctive flavors unique to each harvest period. This partnership between The TOWER BAR and ROKU brings together a shared appreciation for Japanese tradition and seasonal ingredients, creating an enhanced springtime experience.

The Omikuji Plan: Let Fortune Choose Your Cocktail

Garden setting with Tokyo Tower view

The highlight "Omikuji Plan" (fortune-telling plan) offers a unique twist: your welcome cocktail is determined by drawing omikuji (fortune slip). Choose from six ROKU-based cocktails crafted by the hotel's bartenders. For non-drinkers, the refreshing "Sakura Lemon Squash" provides a crisp alternative.

The menu features seasonal Japanese ingredients in both savory and sweet offerings, including "Nanohana Quiche Tower Style" and "Dekopon Tart."

The garden transforms with neon pink cherry blossom lighting and ROKU decorative elements, creating an Instagram-worthy photo spot with Tokyo Tower as a backdrop. The space also functions as a standing bar where guests can enjoy drinks with a spectacular view.

During this season when cherry blossoms bloom throughout Shiba Park where the hotel is located, The TOWER BAR -Spring- provides an elegant Japanese-inspired space perfect for capturing spring memories while savoring seasonal flavors.
