Family Flavor Adventure Event "Mikaku no Boken" Coming to 100 Spoons Azamino Gardens on May 23 and 24, 2026

A family-oriented collaboration event, "Mikaku no Boken: Season, Eat, and Travel the World" (Flavor Adventure), is coming to 100 Spoons at Azamino Gardens in Yokohama on Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, 2026. The event is a collaboration between Yuuki Foods Co., Ltd., a comprehensive food manufacturer specializing in Chinese and ethnic seasonings, and 100 Spoons, a family restaurant operated by Soup Stock Tokyo Co., Ltd.

During the event, guests will enjoy a lunch course where seasonings from various countries are lined up on the table to be drizzled and tasted, creating a dining experience like traveling the world from the table.

Selected from Yuuki Foods' lineup of approximately 700 products, 22 seasonings have been prepared — from familiar favorites to ones that even adults rarely get to try — drawn from countries including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, and Jamaica. The lunch course is designed to let participants discover new flavors at each stage, opening up their own path through tastes from around the world.

The meal begins with a tasting of three types from the "Yasashii Ajiwai" (Gentle Flavor) series, comparing soup stocks side by side and enjoying soups inspired by global cuisines. The course then continues through starters, a main dish, pasta, and dessert, each served alongside a selection of recommended seasonings.

Participants will also receive an original passport designed for exploring world food cultures. After the event, guests can take home their favorite seasoning from the ones they sampled during the course. The event also includes a take-home souvenir for the whole family.
