Monster Hunter Orchestra Concert "Hunting Music Festival 2026" Coming to Four Japanese Cities

The Monster Hunter Orchestra Concert "Hunting Music Festival 2026" has been announced, with performances scheduled in four cities across Japan. The concert series first launched in 2009 to celebrate Monster Hunter's 5th anniversary, and has been held annually since 2014. For the series' 20th anniversary in 2024, concerts were staged in four cities across Japan.

From January through March 2026, a World Tour took the concert to the United States, Singapore, Thailand, and Taiwan, drawing enthusiastic audiences in each location.

Now, the "Hunting Music Festival" returns to Japan with performances in Tokyo, Hyogo, Fukuoka, and Sapporo. The Tokyo performance will once again feature two shows on the same day — continuing the format introduced last year. The Hyogo performance is a first for the series, with two consecutive days of shows. Conductor Hirofumi Kurita will lead all performances, with each city hosting a different orchestra: the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra in Tokyo, the Hyogo Performing Arts Center Orchestra in Hyogo, the Kyushu Symphony Orchestra in Fukuoka, and the Sapporo Symphony Orchestra in Sapporo.

Popular tracks from throughout the Monster Hunter series will be performed at each concert.
