Mr. CHEESECAKE (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CCO: Koji Tamura) has developed a new bite-sized cheesecake called "CREAMY BAKED CHEESECAKE" that delivers the rich aroma of premium cheese. The company will begin advance sales of the limited-edition packaged "CREAMY BAKED CHEESECAKE (4-piece set)" exclusively at their Gransta Tokyo store starting October 1, 2025 (Wednesday). From November 2, 2025 (Sunday), sales will expand to include GINZA SIX and Haneda Airport stores, offering both 6-piece and 10-piece sets.
Mr. CHEESECAKE delivers restaurant-quality desserts characterized by their rich yet delicately melting texture, created through the sensibility and proven techniques of French restaurant-trained chef Koji Tamura. The brand operates through their official online store and three flagship locations: Gransta Tokyo, Haneda Airport, and GINZA SIX stores.
The new "CREAMY BAKED CHEESECAKE" features the rich aroma of premium cheese in each bite. The product showcases Parmigiano-Reggiano, known as the "King of Italian Cheeses," incorporated both within the moist batter—combined with butter, almond powder, and honey—and sprinkled on top before baking. This dual application ensures that the cheese's savory aroma and umami flavors are immediately apparent from the first bite. Additionally, cream cheese filling is piped on top of the base to further enhance the authentic cheese experience.
Starting October 1, 2025 (Wednesday), advance sales will begin at "Mr. CHEESECAKE Gransta Tokyo" featuring the "CREAMY BAKED CHEESECAKE (4-piece set)" in exclusive packaging inspired by Tokyo Station's iconic red brick architecture. The limited-edition packaging features a deep red color reminiscent of the station building. From November 2, 2025 (Sunday), both GINZA SIX and Haneda Airport stores will join Gransta Tokyo in offering 6-piece and 10-piece sets.

Mr. CHEESECAKE has primarily delivered frozen cheesecakes designed to be completed through freezing, allowing customers to enjoy restaurant-quality desserts with our signature rich yet delicately melting texture at home. The newly developed "CREAMY BAKED CHEESECAKE" represents a different perspective and approach, creating a distinctly Mr. CHEESECAKE-style baked cheesecake.
"CREAMY BAKED CHEESECAKE" utilizes both Parmigiano-Reggiano and cream cheese. To express Mr. CHEESECAKE's signature characteristics, we meticulously adjusted the fat content using Parmigiano-Reggiano, almond powder, and honey to achieve a moist texture that avoids dryness. Parmigiano-Reggiano pairs excellently with honey, adds moisture to the batter, and enriches the cheese flavor profile.
Rather than mixing cream cheese throughout the entire batter, which would create excessive uniformity, we deliberately incorporated it as a filling only in the center. This preserves the distinctive cheesecake taste while achieving deeper flavor complexity. The addition of brown butter and almond powder creates both the moist texture and aromatic qualities.
"CREAMY BAKED CHEESECAKE" represents a confection born from a different perspective and approach than my previous work. I hope this new cheesecake will stand alongside Mr. CHEESECAKE's flagship "Classic" product as both a new signature item and a distinctive Tokyo souvenir beloved by many.
