Mr. CHEESECAKE YOUR CITY, a series of limited-time pop-up stores by cheesecake brand Mr. CHEESECAKE, is heading to four new locations across Japan starting in late August 2026: Kashiwa Takashimaya in Chiba, Himeji Sanyo Department Store in Hyogo, Tenmaya Fukuyama Store in Hiroshima, and Nagano Tokyu Department Store in Nagano.

Alongside the signature "Mr. CHEESECAKE Classic / Bag" and the richly aromatic "BASQUE CHEESECAKE Original," the pop-ups will offer a pop-up-exclusive flavor, "Mr. CHEESECAKE Strawberry," built around the fresh scent of strawberries.

A pop-up-exclusive flavor built around the fresh scent of strawberry. Vanilla brings out the sweetness, sansho pepper adds a fresh note, and lime juice contributes acidity, letting the bright, refreshing taste of strawberry come through alongside the rich cheesecake base.

The result is a complex, multi-layered flavor with a contrast between a dense outer crust and a softly melting interior.
