Profile
Born in 1986. While attending university, he studied confectionery at a culinary school. After graduation, he honed his skills as a patissier at Hyatt Regency Tokyo. In 2013, he went to France for further training and served as Chef Patissier. After returning to Japan, he launched TOKYO TULIP ROSE in 2019.
