The 24th Nara Flea Market will take place on May 9 (Saturday) and 10 (Sunday), 2026, at the Nara Convention Center Tenpyo Square. Organized by Nara Tsutaya Books, the event brings together around 60 vendors offering antiques, brocante goods, and vintage items from Europe, America, and Japan — including tableware, interior goods, and clothing. Accessories, plants, and sweets perfect as Mother's Day gifts will also be available.
The Nara Flea Market was created out of a desire to hold an authentic flea market in a city brimming with cultural heritage, where historic sites are within easy reach and where the sights, objects, and scents evoke memories of different eras. The event aims to bring together antiques and brocante that have absorbed the spirit of their times, and to draw wonderful people together to enjoy them.
