Nittoh Tea Brings Sanrio's Cinnamoroll and Pochacco to New Milk Tea and Banana Au Lait

Nittoh Tea, the tea brand operated by Mitsui Norin Co., Ltd., is teaming up with Sanrio's popular characters Cinnamoroll and Pochacco for two new drinks: "Nittoh Tea Cinnamoroll Milk Tea: Cinnamon Roll Flavor (8-Stick Pack)" and "Nittoh Tea Pochacco Banana Au Lait: Banana Ice Cream Flavor (8-Stick Pack)." Both go on sale Monday, August 31, 2026.

About the Collaboration

The two powdered stick drinks are designed around the worlds of Cinnamoroll and Pochacco. Each character appears large on the front of its package, so their appeal comes through every time the drink is picked up. Alongside the playful designs, both drinks are meant to be a small moment to unwind.

Cinnamoroll Milk Tea: Cinnamon Roll Flavor (8-Stick Pack)

This milk tea takes its flavor cue from cinnamon rolls, echoing the curled shape of Cinnamoroll's own tail, with butter and cinnamon aromas that suggest fresh-baked bread. It's finished with a gentle taste meant for a quick tea break between chores or work.

The package is built around a refreshing blue that evokes Cinnamoroll, with a design meant to highlight the character's charm. Each stick comes in one of six individual package designs featuring Cinnamoroll and friends in different expressions, though not every design is guaranteed to be included in a given box.

Pochacco Banana Au Lait: Banana Ice Cream Flavor (8-Stick Pack)

This banana au lait draws on Pochacco's favorite treat, banana ice cream, with a soft vanilla aroma and an ice-cream-like sweetness. It's positioned as a dessert-like drink for snack time.

The package is built around a warm yellow, with a pop, cute design featuring Pochacco and bananas. As with the milk tea, each stick comes in one of six individual package designs showing Pochacco and friends in different expressions, and not every design is guaranteed to be included in a given box.

"With demand for supporting favorite characters growing in recent years, we wanted more customers to pick up this product through a collaboration with characters people love. We kept the cinnamon flavor mild rather than overpowering, so it can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike, while still giving the drink its own cinnamon-roll identity. Beyond Cinnamoroll, we also designed the packaging and individual sticks around Cinnamoroll's friends, so there's the added fun of finding a favorite design as part of everyday tea time and snack breaks."

"We developed this drink to make supporting favorite characters feel a little more part of everyday life. The flavor is built around the idea of 'the banana ice cream Pochacco loves,' with a gentle vanilla-like sweetness and a soft banana aroma. We also added designs to the sides and back of the package to capture how many friends Pochacco has, with an energetic feel that suits the character. We hope this drink can be a small comfort in daily life, whether during downtime at home or as part of supporting a favorite character."
