The seasonal menu captures the transition from spring into early summer through a selection of strawberry-centered sweets and matcha treats.
The menu spotlights domestic strawberry sweets paired with matcha creations that evoke early summer, allowing guests to enjoy both seasons in a single sitting. Highlights include the "Juicy Strawberry Soft Mochi Daifuku," which showcases the fresh juice of the strawberry in a Japanese sweet format, and the "Midori Matcha Éclair," featuring a pleasantly bitter matcha cream. On the savory side, the lineup includes "Jimami Tofu and Macadamia Nut" presented in a flower pot motif, and a "Tandoori Chicken Tortilla Roll" bursting with spice fragrance and chicken umami.
Complementing the food is an original limited-edition drink called "Earl Rouge" — a blend of bergamot-rich Earl Grey tea with acerola, mango, and strawberry, offering a vibrant and aromatic experience.
