Foocle Inc. (Tokyo, Minato-ku; CEO: Takafumi Kawasaki), which operates the Portland-born Original Pancake House, will launch a special Lumine Est Shinjuku-exclusive menu item, "Tochiaka's Fluffy Mascarpone," starting January 15, 2026.
Additionally, a limited-time "Strawberry Fair" featuring seasonal strawberries will be held at all Original Pancake House locations nationwide (excluding select stores).

Tochiaka's Fluffy Mascarpone
The signature fluffy pancakes, which melt in your mouth, are topped with rich mascarpone cream. This is an interactive pancake experience where guests decorate the dish with strawberry sauce themselves.
After decorating, guests slowly pull up the surrounding film, causing the cream and strawberry sauce to flow out and instantly create a stunning visual art piece. This multi-sensory decorating experience is perfect for social media sharing.

The Strawberry Fair, launching on January 15 at locations other than Shinjuku, offers a lineup packed with seasonal flavors, including an adaptation of the signature menu item "Strawberry Milk Baby" and mascarpone pancakes also available at the Shinjuku store.

The signature "Dutch Baby," slowly baked in the oven, is topped with fresh seasonal strawberries. The rich "Strawberry Milk Sauce" poured over the dish creates a perfect harmony between the toasted aroma of the batter and the sweet-tart strawberries.
