Osaka Ohsho, a popular gyoza specialty restaurant chain operated by Osaka Ohsho Co., Ltd. (Tokyo headquarters: Shinagawa, Tokyo; President: Yuichi Okamoto), will launch the Ramton Jingisukan series as a limited-time menu starting January 22, 2026 (Thursday).
A New Winter Stamina Menu
This winter, Osaka Ohsho introduces a spicy stamina menu featuring lamb and pork stir-fried with bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, and Chinese chives in a special sauce. The Ramton Jingisukan series offers five distinct flavors, each providing a rich, savory taste perfect as a meal accompaniment or drinking snack.
Five Unique Flavors to Choose From
Each variety is priced at 980 yen (tax included) and offers a unique taste experience:
Koisuru Ramton Jingisukan (Love-Struck Lamb & Pork): The standard version featuring a sweet and savory special sauce with doubanjiang (spicy bean paste).
Ninniku Sukisugi Ramton Jingisukan (Garlic Lover's Lamb & Pork): An addictive variation topped with garlic sauce and fried garlic for garlic enthusiasts.
Shoga Mamire no Ramton Jingisukan (Ginger-Covered Lamb & Pork): A refreshing option with ginger sauce and extra ginger, offering a lighter taste.
Daikara Hot Ramton Jingiskan (Extra Spicy Hot Lamb & Pork): Intensified heat with added chili peppers for spice lovers.
Nokou Miso Dare Ramton Jingisukan (Rich Miso Sauce Lamb & Pork): A hearty miso-based version that pairs perfectly with rice.
