Royal Host, operated by Royal Group, will update its grand menu on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. The update features new luxurious combination menus with their signature Black x Black Hamburg, the return of popular items by customer request, and new dishes prepared with special care in-store, including Royal's Seafood Doria and Pork Cutlet Set, as well as the breakfast-exclusive Eggs Benedict Pancake. Since its founding in 1971, the restaurant has been serving dishes crafted with over 50 years of Western cuisine knowledge and inherited cooking techniques.

New Black x Black Hamburg Combinations Debut
This menu update introduces two combination dishes featuring the signature Black x Black Hamburg. Royal Omelet Rice (Beef Stew) with Black x Black Hamburg is a luxurious plate where you can enjoy the Western cuisine appeal unique to Royal Host all in one dish, including the Black x Black Hamburg, omelet rice, and beef stew. Black x Black Hamburg & Spicy Chicken with Brown Butter Sauce and Fried Egg is a satisfying menu item where you can enjoy the Black x Black Hamburg (190g) and spice-seasoned chicken together on a hot iron plate.
In response to many customer requests, the refreshing herb-scented Green Goddess dressing returns. It can be selected with salad menu items, and a new Kale Salad with Green Goddess Dressing also debuts. For dessert, the Shiratama Cream Anmitsu, topped with whipped cream, returns in an elegant cocktail glass presentation.
Additionally, new items emphasize in-store cooking, such as Royal's Seafood Doria, where the in-house cook sautés in butter, flambes with white wine, and combines seafood with the restaurant's original sauce before baking. The Pork Cutlet Set features cutlets carefully coated with fresh breadcrumbs one by one and fried to a crispy finish. Other additions include Shrimp and Chicken Macaroni Gratin, recommended as a light meal, and the breakfast-exclusive Eggs Benedict Pancake. Enjoy a diverse menu delivered with cooking techniques passed down over 50 years, from morning moments to dinner, along with the pleasure of choosing from the new lineup.

A satisfying menu item combining Royal Host's signature Black x Black Hamburg (190g) with spice-seasoned grilled chicken. This item received positive feedback at advance sales stores and now joins the grand menu.

Kale Salad with Green Goddess Dressing ¥630 (tax included ¥693)
In response to customer requests, the Green Goddess dressing finally returns. The refreshing herb-scented mayonnaise-based flavor pairs perfectly with kale. It softens the kale's flavor and enhances the natural taste of the ingredients.

Royal's Seafood Doria ¥1,530 (tax included ¥1,683)
Butter rice cooked in the kitchen is topped with shrimp and scallops sautéed in butter and flambéed with white wine, combined with Americaine sauce and cheese-scented mornay sauce, then baked. A doria where you can fully enjoy the umami of seafood.

Shrimp and Chicken Macaroni Gratin ¥1,080 (tax included ¥1,188)
A gratin filled with plenty of shrimp and chicken. Topped with cheese and baked to a fragrant golden brown. The creamy sauce coats the macaroni. A dish also recommended as a light meal.

Pork Cutlet Set with Demi-Glace Sauce ¥1,780 (tax included ¥1,958)
Loin from Hokkaido brand pork "Yume no Daichi" is carefully coated with fresh breadcrumbs one by one and fried. Enjoy the three-dimensional, voluminous crispy texture unique to fresh breadcrumbs. Royal Host's signature mellow demi-glace sauce coats the cutlet well in this Western restaurant-style dish. Also available: Pork Cutlet Set with Special Cutlet Sauce (¥1,680 [tax included ¥1,848]).

Royal's Shiratama Cream Anmitsu ¥880 (tax included ¥968)
In response to many customer requests, this Japanese dessert returns. Topped with whipped cream and presented in an elegant cocktail glass style after renewal. Enjoy with the separately provided brown sugar syrup as desired.
