Pensta Ecute Ueno, the shop themed around the Suica Penguin — the beloved mascot of JR East's Suica IC card — is celebrating its 2nd anniversary. Starting November 1, 2025 (Saturday), Phase 1 of the anniversary campaign kicks off across both the goods and cafe areas, featuring a novelty sticker giveaway and new Ecute Ueno-exclusive products.
Limited-Time Novelty Sticker Campaign
Customers who make a qualifying purchase using Suica or another IC payment method receive one novelty sticker featuring an original 2nd anniversary illustration.
Qualifying purchase amounts:
- Pensta (goods area): 2,000 yen (tax included) or more
- Pensta (cafe area): 1,500 yen (tax included) or more
Distribution period: From November 8, 2025, while supplies last
- Stickers are available only while supplies last; receipts cannot be combined
- Only same-day receipts are valid; maximum 4 stickers per person per visit
2nd Anniversary Commemorative Video
A special Suica Penguin video using the 2nd anniversary illustration is showing on the digital signage in the cafe area from November 1, 2025.
