Champagne and dinner with night view

Elegant champagne service

Célébration Champagne is a special event series that selects one champagne maison each time, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the marriage of champagne and a one-night-only special dinner in a luxurious space with a glittering night view.

This edition focuses on Perrier-Jouët, a champagne maison established in 1811 that has been beloved worldwide as "the work of art of champagne." Using the finest Chardonnay, its elegant and delicate taste has been loved by royal families across European countries including the United Kingdom, France, and Belgium since its founding. The maison continues to captivate enthusiasts around the world with its refined and graceful style, making it one of the most prestigious champagne houses in the Champagne region.

Four Carefully Selected Lineup

The event features four specially recommended champagne selections.

Perrier-Jouët champagne lineup

Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut (free-flow) is a fresh and mellow champagne that expresses the maison's traditional brut (dry) style. With a good balance of acidity and fruitiness, it showcases captivating complexity with delicacy and depth. The first glass will be poured from a magnum bottle, which ages slowly for an elegant and mellow taste, while the second glass onward will be served from a regular bottle. Guests can enjoy the flavor differences between the two bottle types.

Grand Brut

Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé (one glass) has a pale orange shimmer and aromas of red fruits such as compoted raspberries. This rich and complex champagne has garnered high praise from gourmets as a masterpiece that enhances the flavor of food.

Blason Rosé

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque is the maison's iconic prestige cuvée. The bottle features Japanese anemones designed by Émile Gallé in 1902, embodying Perrier-Jouët's elegant and delicate style. Introduced in 1964 as the original vintage cuvée, guests will enjoy two distinct vintages with different characteristics on the day.

Belle Époque 2016

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 2016 (one glass) - The 2016 vintage was influenced by a cool climate, highlighting Chardonnay's crisp acidity and clear minerality, creating a fresh, tense, and elegant expression that emphasizes delicacy.

Belle Époque 2006

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 2006 (one glass) - The 2006 vintage was an excellent year when very high-quality grapes were produced. The Chardonnay has higher potential alcohol and gentle acidity compared to other years, creating a silky smooth mouthfeel.

The special one-night dinner course features dishes carefully crafted by the chef to pair perfectly with the champagnes (appetizer, fish dish, meat dish, and dessert). Brand Ambassador Christopher Chevillard from Pernod Ricard Japan will attend to share insights about the maison's commitment and recommended ways to enjoy the champagne. Experience an exquisite moment woven together by panoramic night views, fine wines, and gourmet cuisine.

Note: Maison refers to a producer who makes and sells wine under their own name.

Note: Chardonnay is one of the main grape varieties used in champagne, responsible for delicacy, freshness, and aging potential.

Note: Vintage refers to the year the grapes were harvested.
