Garden Kitchen "Caramelo" (LBF) at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Shinichi Yoshioka) introduces a new Friday-only dinner plan, "Happy Friday Pizza Night," running every Friday from February 6 to March 27, 2026.

Garden Kitchen "Caramelo" is an all-day dining restaurant themed "delicious food anytime, casually," offering authentic Italian cuisine carefully prepared by chefs, along with diverse Western and Japanese menus, complemented by warm, hotel-quality service.
For the first time since opening in 2001, this plan features freshly baked pizza prepared one by one in a professional pizza oven right before guests' eyes. Each order includes one hot pizza, a choice of draft beer "Sapporo SORACHI 1984," a cocktail made with Miyakojima rum "MAKUGAN," or a glass of wine, plus all-you-can-eat antipasto—perfect accompaniments for drinks. This special offering is available for a limited time on select Fridays.

The signature pizzas are thin-crust Roman-style, easy to eat, with five specially selected varieties recommended by the chef. Choose from classics like "Margherita," the cheese-lover's "Quattro Formaggi" loaded with four melting cheeses, the hearty "Bismarck" with bacon and soft-boiled egg, the luxurious "Prosciutto e Rucola" with prosciutto, and the dessert-style "Pizza Dolce" featuring chilled fromage blanc and fresh strawberries.
The crisp draft beer, "Sapporo SORACHI 1984," offers a refreshing aroma reminiscent of hinoki cypress and lemongrass. When paired with rich, spicy pizza, the beer's character shines through, creating an exceptional pairing. Miyakojima rum "MAKUGAN" delivers a mild taste with subtle sweetness and pleasant bitterness, complementing strong-flavored ingredients like cheese perfectly—ideal for pizza pairing. It's crafted into a refreshing cocktail with pineapple and lime. Enjoy the collaboration between smooth beer or cocktails and flavorful pizza.
The all-you-can-eat antipasto features five refreshing dishes that stimulate the appetite, including "Seafood Marinata Galicia Style," "Farro Salad," and "Marinated Artichoke with Cherry Tomato and Avocado"—simple Italian home-style dishes with an extra touch of care.

This plan transforms a corner of the restaurant into an impromptu "pizza workshop" on Friday nights only, allowing guests to watch the entire process up close—from kneading the dough, adding sauce and toppings, to baking in the dedicated oven. Experience the sensory spectacle: the chef's shaping techniques, the fragrant aroma of melting cheese as it bakes, the crackling and bubbling sounds when pulled from the oven, the juicy umami spreading through your mouth from freshly made pizza, and the crispy texture of the crust. Perfect for spring farewell and welcome parties, job celebrations, or groups and families sharing different pizzas together while enjoying hotel-quality hospitality and a luxurious, happy Friday.

The classic pizza! Tangy tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella cheese, and refreshing basil represent the "red, white, and green" of the Italian flag.
Quattro Formaggi

Four distinctive cheeses—gorgonzola, mozzarella, brie, and Grana Padano—make this an irresistible dish for cheese lovers. Drizzle generously with honey before enjoying.
Bismarck

A hearty option featuring a soft-boiled egg at the center and bacon! The runny yolk intertwines with sauce and toppings, spreading rich flavor throughout your mouth. Savor the deep richness and melting texture.
Prosciutto e Rucola

Salty prosciutto and slightly bitter, crispy rucola create an exquisite balance. A drizzle of olive oil at the end deepens the overall flavor, creating an endlessly satisfying taste.
