THE THEATRE TABLE Hosts Limited-Time Menu Fair with Maggi's Additive-Free Bouillon

THE THEATRE TABLE, an authentic Milan-style restaurant operated by Transit Operation Service Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo; Representative: Kenji Daibo) on the 11th floor of Shibuya Hikarie, is launching a limited-time menu fair featuring dishes prepared with "Maggi Additive-Free Bouillon & Consomme Series" starting February 9, 2026 (Monday).

The products used in this collaboration are from the "Maggi Additive-Free Bouillon & Consomme Series," a joint initiative between Nestlé Japan's "Maggi" brand and Gurunavi, Inc.

Two special menu items have been developed utilizing the natural flavor-enhancing qualities of "Maggi Vegetable Bouillon" and "Maggi Chicken Consomme," offering exclusive limited dishes that can only be tasted at this location.

Taking advantage of the series' characteristic of enhancing ingredient flavors without using artificial flavorings or colorings, these dishes have been reimagined as Milan-style cuisine unique to THE THEATRE TABLE.

Comment from the Restaurant

The [Maggi Vegetable Bouillon] used in this stew respects the flavors drawn out from the three types of meat and vegetables, while balancing and elevating the overall taste.

Roasted Beet and Tardivo Risotto prepared with Maggi Chicken Consomme (Additive-Free)

Roasted Beet and Tardivo Risotto

With Stracciatella ¥1,900 (tax included)

A risotto where "Maggi Chicken Consomme (Additive-Free)" harmonizes with the umami of roasted beets. Enjoy this visually stunning dish featuring the beautiful natural color of beets.

Comment from the Restaurant

By adding [Maggi Chicken Consomme] when cooking the risotto rice, we were able to increase the umami and richness without compromising the beet flavor. This allowed the dish's theme color of [pink red] to stand out beautifully.

About "Maggi Additive-Free Bouillon & Consomme Series"

Nestlé Japan offers the "Maggi Additive-Free Bouillon & Consomme Series" as a solution to challenges faced by restaurants, such as labor shortages and operational efficiency, proposing the use of seasonings that balance taste, quality, and ease of use to enhance culinary excellence.

This series, used in the fair, is a bouillon and consomme that does not use artificial flavorings or colorings, respecting the natural flavors of ingredients. Rather than relying on strong umami from seasonings (such as amino acids*), it uses yeast extract and ingredient-derived extracts to bring together the overall flavor of dishes and highlight the inherent qualities of ingredients. With low salt content and applicability across a wide range of cuisines, the powdered format allows for use from preparation to finishing, considering ease of use in professional settings. This is a professional-grade bouillon and consomme series that supports cooking that brings out the best in ingredients.

(*) Seasonings (amino acids, etc.) are classified as food additives.
