What Is Piyorin?
Piyorin is a fresh sweet shaped like a chick. It consists of a pudding made with eggs from 名古屋コーチン (Nagoya Cochin), a local Aichi ingredient, enveloped in vanilla-scented Bavarian cream and coated in powdered sponge cake.
