Purin Honpo, a pudding specialty shop with a focus on Hokkaido-sourced ingredients, is making its annual spring offerings available once again. Two seasonal flavors — the Amaou Strawberry Pudding and the Sakura Pudding — are now on sale for a limited period through around May 2026.
Amaou Strawberry Pudding
The Amaou Strawberry Pudding features the "Amaou" variety of strawberry — a name derived from the Japanese words for red, round, large, and delicious. A special sauce made from in-season Amaou strawberries is combined with a smooth milk pudding made with 100% Hokkaido milk, delivering a balance of vibrant sweetness, gentle tartness, and a rich milky flavor in every bite.

Sakura Pudding

Its springlike appearance makes it a fitting treat exclusive to this time of year.
