RACINES DONUT & ICE CREAM is bringing back its popular spring series with four new cherry blossom-shaped donuts. The "Strawberry & Matcha Cherry Blossom Donut Collection" will be available at RACINES locations across Tokyo from March 16 (Mon) to April 12 (Sun), 2026.
The cherry blossom-shaped spring donut series launched in 2024 and has been well received by customers. For 2026, the theme centers on strawberry and matcha — a lineup that highlights the sweet-tart character of strawberry alongside the gentle bitterness of matcha, offered only during this season.
The soft petal-pink hues alongside the gentle green of matcha evoke the colors of spring landscapes, while the contrasting flavors add another layer of seasonal enjoyment.
